These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the opa89 platform, including all services, games, sportsbook markets, payment features, and promotional offers available at opa89.cam ("Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. opa89 reserves the right to enforce this Agreement at its sole discretion at any time.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the website accessible at opa89.cam and any associated mobile-optimized versions, APIs, or sub-domains operated by opa89.
• "Account" means the registered member account created by a User on the Platform.
• "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, browses, or uses the Platform, whether registered or not.
• "opa89" / "We" / "Us" / "Company" means the international entity that owns, operates, and maintains the Platform.
• "Services" means all betting, gaming, live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and associated entertainment products available on the Platform.
• "Funds" means any amount of Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) deposited into, held in, or withdrawn from a User's Account.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or matched deposit offer credited to a User's Account subject to additional terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals and certain account actions are permitted.
• "Wager / Bet" means a stake of real Funds placed on an outcome within the Platform's Services.
• "Intellectual Property" means all trademarks, logos, software, game content, design elements, and proprietary data associated with the Platform.

Use of the Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of multiple individuals).
• You are at least 21 years of age. opa89 strictly enforces this minimum age limit. You may be required to submit government-issued identification confirming your date of birth at any time.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is solely your responsibility to determine the legality of online betting in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of opa89 or any of its affiliated suppliers, game studios, or payment processors.
• You are not self-excluded from gambling, whether via opa89's own self-exclusion tool or via any other mechanism you have voluntarily activated.
• You have not previously had an Account on the Platform terminated for breach of this Agreement.

To access the full range of Services, you must register a personal Account on the Platform. The following conditions apply to all registrations:

• Single Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one Account. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Bonus balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. opa89 is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify opa89 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Account Transfer: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, assign, or otherwise transfer your Account or any Funds therein to another person.
• Right to Refuse: opa89 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to state a reason.

opa89 is required to verify the identity of all members as part of its compliance obligations. KYC verification must be completed before a User can process their first withdrawal, and may be requested at any point during an Account's lifetime. The KYC process typically requires:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, or passport).
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last 90 days).
• Proof of payment method ownership where requested (e.g., screenshot of BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri account screen showing name and account number).
• Selfie photograph or video call verification if required by the compliance team.

opa89 will endeavour to process KYC submissions within 48 hours of receipt of all required documents. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request may have the request held pending completion. opa89 does not charge a fee for KYC processing. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

opa89 accepts deposits denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following methods:

• Local Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in refund and Account review.

• opa89 does not charge a platform deposit fee. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or card issuer may apply their own transaction fees, for which opa89 accepts no responsibility.
• Funds deposited into your Account are held for gaming purposes only. opa89 does not pay interest on Account balances.
• opa89 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.

Withdrawals of real-money Funds are available to all Users who have completed KYC verification. The following terms govern all withdrawal requests:

• Method Matching: Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. opa89 reserves the right to apply alternative return methods for operational reasons.
• Processing Time: Standard withdrawals are processed within minutes for verified Accounts. During peak periods or where additional compliance checks are required, processing may take up to 24 hours. opa89 does not guarantee specific processing times but endeavours to process all requests as quickly as practicable.
• Withdrawal Fees: opa89 does not charge a platform withdrawal fee. Receiving banks or e-wallet providers may apply their own fees.
• Minimum/Maximum Limits: Withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of request. High-value withdrawals may require additional documentation.
• Unverified Accounts: Withdrawal requests from Accounts that have not completed KYC will be held until verification is completed.
• Bonus Balances: Bonus funds and winnings derived from Bonus funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met in full.

opa89 offers various Bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). The following general terms apply to all Bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users only. opa89 reserves the right to restrict any promotion to specific user segments, geographic regions, or payment methods at its sole discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period are stated on each offer. Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any Bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Sports bets, slots, live casino games, togel (numbers lottery) markets, and sabung ayam (cockfighting) markets may carry different contribution rates as specified per offer.
• Bonus Abuse: opa89 employs automated and manual systems to detect Bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, matched betting using Bonus funds, use of multiple Accounts to claim a single offer, and coordinated play patterns. Where abuse is detected, opa89 reserves the right to void Bonus balances, cancel winnings, and close the Account.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from the Account without compensation.
• Changes: opa89 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Bonus offer at any time. Where a Bonus is in progress, the terms current at the time of activation will continue to apply unless otherwise stated.

The following general rules govern all Wagers placed on the Platform. Product-specific rules (sports betting, live casino, togel, RNG slots, mix parlay accumulators, bandar bola markets) are published in the relevant help section of the Platform and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

• Acceptance of Wagers: opa89 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any Wager at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.
• Minimum/Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets. These are displayed at the time of placing a Wager and may vary by market, event, and account tier.
• Palpable Errors: Where opa89 determines that a Wager was placed on the basis of an obviously incorrect price (a "palpable error"), opa89 reserves the right to void the Wager and return the stake to the User's Account.
• Settlement: Wagers are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as determined by the governing body or data provider used by opa89. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, opa89's decision is final.
• Incomplete Events: Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to reach its scheduled conclusion, Wagers will be settled in accordance with the applicable product rules. In general, pre-match Wagers on events postponed beyond 48 hours will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-Play Betting: In-play Wagers are accepted subject to the Platform's real-time processing capacity. opa89 does not guarantee acceptance of in-play Wagers during periods of high demand or technical interruption.

opa89 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all Users. We provide the following tools and resources, accessible at any time from the Account settings panel or via our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Limits: Users may configure automatic logout timers and session duration alerts to help manage play time.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may voluntarily exclude themselves from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

The following actions constitute material breaches of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with normal human play.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing anomalies for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the Platform.
• Colluding with other Users to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is expressly prohibited by law, using a VPN or proxy to disguise your true location.
• Attempting to abuse, circumvent, or manipulate any Bonus, promotion, or loyalty program.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Users or opa89 support staff through any channel.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the opa89 name and logo, website design, game software, graphics, text, data feeds, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of opa89 or its licensed third-party suppliers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of opa89.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• opa89 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.
• opa89 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of winnings, data, or profits.
• opa89's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total Funds held in that User's Account at the time the claim arose.
• opa89 is not liable for any interruption to Services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of government, natural disasters, or third-party payment system failures.
• Users access and use the Platform at their own risk. Gambling involves the risk of financial loss. opa89 does not guarantee any return on Wagers placed.

opa89 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Personal data is used for Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and customer support.
• Payment data (bank account numbers, e-wallet identifiers) is used solely for processing deposits and withdrawals and is transmitted over 256-bit SSL-encrypted connections.
• opa89 does not sell personal data to third-party marketing entities.
• Users have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. Such requests should be directed to the contact details in Clause 16.

opa89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, opa89 will provide reasonable notice via email to the address registered on your Account or via a prominent in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which opa89 holds its international operating license. By using the Platform, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Users are encouraged to raise any dispute with opa89's customer support team in the first instance. opa89 will endeavour to resolve disputes informally within 14 business days of receiving a written complaint. Complaints should be submitted via the contact details in Clause 16 and must include: the User's registered email address, Account reference number, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation.
